FAQ
Walking into a gym for the first time should feel clear, not intimidating. Here's what most people want to know before they show up.
No. Most people who walk in for the first time have never trained before. Classes are built so beginners can learn the fundamentals safely before stepping into harder rounds.
It depends on what you want — striking, grappling, or full MMA. If you're not sure, tell us your goals on the contact page and we'll point you to the right first class for your age and experience.

Comfortable athletic clothes, a water bottle, and something to tie long hair back. For BJJ wear a t-shirt and shorts without zippers or pockets. Gloves and other gear can wait until you know you want to keep training.
Yes. You can book a free class online, or reach out through the contact page if you'd rather ask a few questions first.
Two to three classes a week is plenty when you're new. It's enough to build skill and conditioning without burning out or getting hurt early.
